Warm friendly and professional welcome with a drink on arrival from the concierge (Yevhen) who was always available and went above and beyond any requests we had. The room was beautiful with a bath, shower, comfy bed and nice view of the court yard - what you would imagine a typical château would be like. Also mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The grounds were stunning, especially as it snowed on my birthday. The huge garden had a stream running through it and was lovely for the dogs to walk in. I could imagine the garden in spring and summer being gorgeous. The bell in the tower rang lovely and added to the ambience of the place. The grounds outside of the chateau were also lovely, with rural land surrounding it but with good paths. There was a lake next to the chateau grounds which children were skating on. I'm not sure if you can swim in it in summer? Also public transport connection right outside with the bus station a couple of steps from the front gate. We opted for the included breakfast which was excellent. Large selection of hot and cold food and drinks. I especially liked that you could make your own waffles with a nice selection of toppings such as fresh fruit and sprinkles. The evening meal also didn't disappoint. Local produce from sustainable sources. I would highly recommend the venison. As good as any restaurant in the centre of Prague, if not better. We had a brilliant, memorable experience that will stay with us for a long time, if not forever. Highly recommended! We hope to come back in the summer when the gardens would be in full bloom - Fairytale scenery and picturesque.

The location and accomodation is exceptional: far enough from the busiest parts of Prague to be quiet and charming, and at the same time close enough to be comfortable when it comes to commute. The style is perfect for fans of historical accomodations, and the whole castle complex is beautiful - we didn't have time for a museum tour but we will for sure plan our next trip to Prague with that in mind! Especially in winter, the christmas lights and snow-covered roofs are a sight to behold. The rooms are very clean and retain a great balance between historical charm and modern comfort. Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and served until 11 which allowed us to sleep in and truly enjoy the stay - the noon checkout was much appreciated, too. The staff was AMAZING! Professional, attentive, perfect English, genuinely helpful and nice. Initially we wanted to use the automated check-in and check-out but I'm glad we chose otherwise: the staff exceeds the standards of any hotels we've been to.

The property is surrounded by a lot of nature, beautiful pond, alley with trees, horses. There's a very well maintained, closed and guarded park belonging to the hotel itself - this makes it ideal for traveling with pets. Literally everyone from the staff was extremely friendly, providing a very warm welcome. Breakfast is more than fabulous, with a huge variety of choices (such as signature cake, fresh dough to prepare your own wafles, chia pudding, of course eggs, sausages and even alternative milks such as almond, etc. - great for kids, too) The room was very clean, warm and with super-nice feeling carpet. Beds were very comfortable. Free parking inside of the guarded area also appreciated. Special thanks to Kamila at the reception for helping with all of our special requests :)

After 29th Hotel this year, I can tell this place was one of the best. First i have to mention the whole staff, they were always helpful with a big smile on their face. The room was cozy and super clean, everything was a bit higher than 4 star I guess. The second fantastic was the breakfast, high quality foods with wide range of possibilities. I think i would not be bored after a week. We had dinner there and it was fantastic also. And the third is the surroundings. Take a walk around the castle, maybe half an our, but it changes all the time. I also advise to check the museum in the castle, it worth the half an our to walk around. WiFi was good. Happy

First of all.. GREAT STAFF!! They were really sweet, smiling, just in a good mood all day long and really helpful! The hotel/Chateau is really nice, the location is a little bit outside Prague, but that was really okey with us, good parking space and the gate gets closed after midnight. The room was really nice and "castle like" with a touch of modern interior. I will definitely book this hotel again with my family when we get back to Prague.
